Samples are sent under the customer’s main account and shipped using the customer’s preferred international courier service such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or any other nominated courier.
Payment terms will be mutually agreed between Lumatex and the customer. All payment conditions — including method, currency, and schedule — will be confirmed in writing prior to production or shipment.
